NALUMI Kids is an online educational academy operating as part of the NALUMI platform, developed by LAMBDOR SOFTWARE. This policy describes how we handle information submitted through the NALUMI Kids public website, specifically through the registration inquiry form.
When a parent or guardian submits a registration inquiry through the NALUMI Kids website, we collect the information they voluntarily provide in the form. This may include: the parent or guardian's name and contact information (such as phone number or email address), the child's first name and approximate age, the program or programs of interest, and any notes the parent adds to the inquiry. We do not collect payment information, identity documents, or sensitive personal data through the public registration form.
The information submitted through the registration inquiry form is used solely for the purpose of handling the inquiry — contacting the family to answer questions, confirming program availability, scheduling a trial lesson if requested, and proceeding with enrollment if the family decides to proceed. Submitted inquiry information is accessible only to the NALUMI Kids team and the LAMBDOR SOFTWARE team that operates the platform. Access is limited to the people involved in reviewing and responding to registration inquiries. We do not share your information with advertising platforms, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

NALUMI Kids is an educational service for children, and we understand the importance of handling children's information with care. We collect only the minimum information needed to process a registration inquiry. Account access to the NALUMI Kids Guardian Portal is granted to parents and guardians — not to children directly.
